- Chopped ginger
- Curry powder
- Any healthy veggies (sweets, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
- Coconut milk
- Sautée onions and ginger in a little oil or just water. Add curry powder until fragrant. Add water. Can add a bouillon cube if you want. Add veggies until just cooked. Add coconut milk at the very end and salt to taste. Don't let the coconut milk boil.
